A brief introduction WQYTC2 series cooling intensive energy bus duct
 
       WQYTC2 series heat dissipation intensive energy saving busbar is a new generation material saving and energy saving busbar trough product developed independently by our company. All the technical performance indexes of this product reach the advanced level.
       WQYTC2 busbar is divided into WQYTC2-T (copper conductor), WQYTC2-TL (aluminum composite conductor) two models in the same structure based on different characteristics: copper conductor has low resistivity, load flow, fast heat conduction, heat capacity ratio advantages and small size; copper aluminum composite conductor with light weight, aluminum resources the advantage of the abundant electrical reliability with both copper conductor, the conductor design section, lower temperature, lower copper aluminum composite conductor due to expansion stress difference rate, make our products with high quality and inexpensive quality.
       The technical performance is briefly described as follows:
       1. structure. Heat energy intensive busbar (hereinafter referred to as the "energy-saving busbar") of the heat sink structure of U type tubular arranged at both sides of the board, to capture the U type tubular radiator technology and equipment connected with the side plate of the technical bottlenecks, the heat dissipation area of fins increases more than 5 times, greater use of the the effective space side plate, increasing the cooling area. The heat dissipation area is more than 2.3 times more than the common bus bar, which is more than 1.7 times more than the aluminum alloy heat sink bus. The protection level is up to IP66.
       2. the heat dissipation is fast and the temperature rise is reduced. As the side plate is equipped with U tubular radiator, when the bus transmission current rises and the temperature difference occurs around it, the tubular cavity naturally forms a chimney wind tunnel effect in the air heat exchange, thus increasing the airflow speed and greatly improving the heat dissipation efficiency. The 3C test data reflect: copper conductor energy-saving busbar rated current copper conductor cross section of 5000A-4000A carrying capacity for the 2.5A/mm facility, the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees C; copper conductor cross section of the 3150A-2000A carrying capacity for the 2.8A/mm facility, the temperature does not exceed 55 degrees C; copper conductor cross section of the 1600A-630A load flow is 3.0A/mm L, the temperature does not exceed 50 degrees C; copper conductor cross section 500A below the carrying capacity for the 3.3A/mm facility, the temperature does not exceed 37 degrees C. With the Aluminum Alloy busbar temperature rise of 5 degrees compared to lower than C. The performance technical indexes of low temperature rise and large carrying capacity are achieved.
Copper aluminum composite conductor and lower temperature. The average temperature rise of 4000A-2500A at 50 degrees about C; the average temperature rise of 2000A-1600A at 40 degrees about C; the average temperature rise of 1250A-630A at 35 degrees about C; the average temperature rise 30 degrees below 630A in about C.
       3. low carbon energy saving. The design of energy saving busbar groove is advanced. By setting the U shaped tube shaped radiator on both sides of the plate, the heat exchange velocity in the tube is accelerated by the chimney effect, and the heat dissipation efficiency is greatly improved. Compared with traditional products, it breaks through the technical bottleneck of the heat dissipation structure of the product of the busbar.
